The TCH-2W-SC and TCH-2TSA-SC models are horizontal manual centering machines that perform processing on the outer circumference and chamfering of lenses for digital cameras, automotive applications, surveillance cameras, and more.
After polishing, the center of curvature of both sides is aligned with the optical axis connecting them, allowing for the grinding of the outer circumference to specified shape dimensions. Chamfering can also be performed simultaneously to prevent chipping, among other purposes. Furthermore, with the addition of a transmissive reading device, it is possible to achieve high eccentricity precision while monitoring, even for lenses with low Z values where automatic centering is difficult.
